Terms of Service – OTP SIM Rental (Accmoon)

1. Purpose of Use

   • The service only provides temporary phone numbers to receive OTP verification codes from online platforms.

   • Users are strictly prohibited from using the service for illegal activities, fraud, spam, scams, or any unlawful purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

   • Customers are fully responsible for their registered information, accounts, and all activities performed with the rented phone number.

   • The service only provides the tool and does not take responsibility for any consequences resulting from OTP usage.

3. Refund Policy

   • Refunds are only applicable if the system fails to provide a phone number or does not receive an OTP within the specified time.

   • In cases where the customer uses the service improperly or violates the terms, no refund will be issued.

4. Privacy & Security

   • The system does not store OTP messages after they have been delivered to the customer.

   • Customers are responsible for keeping their OTPs and login credentials safe. The service is not liable for any losses caused by user negligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

   • The service does not guarantee that OTPs will work on all platforms or in all regions/countries.

   • In the event of technical issues beyond our control, Accmoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.

6. Acceptance of Terms

   • By using the service, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Service.
